As Chief Financial Officer, Jim is responsible for overall financial management of the company and its financial reporting. He is also responsible for additional corporate functions, including human resources, financial planning and analysis, and information technology.
Prior to the position of CFO, Jim served as Controller for Pettinaro and was responsible for managing the accounting department. Prior to joining Pettinaro, he served as CFO for the Luhrs Marine Group, an international yacht builder, and began his career as an auditor with KPMG. Jim earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Rutgers University and is a certified public accountant. He is currently attending Temple University pursing an EMBA.
