Sandy joined Pettinaro Construction Company in 2013 as the Director of Pettinaro Residential. Sandy is responsible for overseeing the Pettinaro Residential portfolio which includes apartment communities throughout Delaware, Maryland, and Flordia.

Sandy has been in the multi-family real estate industry for over 30 years. She has overseen the management of apartments, condominiums, and commercial space in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland. 
Sandy has served on the Delaware Apartment Association Executive Board since 1997 as the Secretary, Treasurer, and Vice President.  
She is married and has two grown sons. When she's not at work, Sandy and her husband enjoy boating on the Chesapeake Bay.
