William T. Netta, R.A.
Bill joined Pettinaro in 2005 bringing 30 years of experience in the field of architecture, construction and professional registration in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania. He oversees architecture and is responsible for all aspects of design projects. To date, he is responsible for the design of a dozen minor league baseball stadiums; several million square feet of office facilities; and many retail, housing and educational facilities. He continues to receive accolades for his work, including numerous design and construction awards.
Bill's projects have ranged from small retail "mom and pops" to 250K SF Class 'A' office buildings as well as 6,000 seat baseball stadium for Cal Ripken, Jr. He is customer service oriented, and prides himself on the quality and timeliness of his finished products.
Bill graduated cum laude from Spring Garden College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture. During that time he was awarded multiple professional and interscholastic design awards.
An active community volunteer, Bill has worked for Habitat for Humanity, Special Olympics Delaware and has served on the technical advisory committee for the Brandywine School District STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) program.
