Robert A. Stenta
Rob is responsible for the successful office and industrial leasing transactions in the commercial portfolio owned by Pettinaro. Rob joined Pettinaro in 2007 and has served in various leasing roles within the commercial portfolio including retail, as well as office and industrial properties.
Rob attended the University of Delaware, graduating in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. After college, Rob moved to Colorado where he worked as a researcher for the city of Boulder, Colorado, in the Planning and Development Services department. During his time in Colorado, Rob attended the University of Colorado, where he received a Masters in Public Administration. Rob moved back to Delaware in 2005 and jumped straight into the commercial real estate (brokerage) business, joining a regional real estate services company as an associate broker.
Rob is a licensed real estate agent in Delaware and Pennsylvania (since 2005), and an active member of Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA), the Urban Land Institute, The Committee of 100, and is on the Board of Directors for the Commercial Industrial Real Estate Council (CIRC). In his free time, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and two children who reside in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
