Courthouse

Wilmington, Delaware

Completed in 2011

Designed in 1914 and built in 1916, the historic Daniel L. Hermann Courthouse overlooks Rodney Square in the hub of the financial and legal districts of Wilmington. Pettinaro purchased the property, after it sat vacant for 10 years, with the unique vision to rehabilitate and reposition the historic structure. Within 12 months, Pettinaro had a signed leased for the entire 218,000 SF building with the elite law firm, Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP. Pettinaro completed renovations in 2011.
