Property Management

To further enhance the experience for our residents, we have partnered with Buccini Pollin Group (BPG) to manage our properties. BPG’s management teams are dedicated to quality in every aspect of their operations, working diligently to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for all residents. Their property managers are attentive, responsive, and ready to promptly address any needs.

While BPG manages our properties, Pettinaro remains the proud owner, committed to upholding the high standards that define our communities. Current residents can continue to log on to the resident portal to pay rent, submit maintenance requests, and interact with fellow community members.

Relocation

In response to the growing needs of the Wilmington business community, the relocation division was founded to provide fully furnished, short term apartment and townhome rentals for those in need of temporary living accommodations. The relocation division notably caters to business travelers, corporate interns and families in transition with fully-stocked amenities providing a preferable alternative to a hotel stay.
